On January 31, 2023, a member of the KazDual project “Implementation of a dual system in Kazakhstan” under the program: Erasmus + Professor KazNPU named after Abay Akpaeva Asel and Head of Professional Practice of the Department of Primary Education, Professor KazNPU Larisa Lebedeva held negotiations with a potential partner of dual programs. The goals of the project, equal opportunities for partners in the training of specialists were explained. The department is ready to develop educational programs of dual education and considers proposals from employers. Shapovalova Lidia Nikolaevna Director of the Russian Department of the TamosEducation School of Physics and Mathematics emphasized the need to train primary education teachers, teachers of the Russian language and literature for this school. A meeting with the director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, members of the project is scheduled in the near future.

Recall that in the 2022-2023 academic year, Abai University, within the framework of the KazDual project "Implementation of a dual system in Kazakhstan" under the program: Erasmus + launched a pilot project for the introduction of a dual education model educational program "6B01303-Primary education with information and communication technologies" (Russian department) . The partner was the NGS New Generation School. The pilot program is taking the first steps in the introduction of dual education in pedagogical universities in Kazakhstan and is already showing a positive impact on students' motivation to master the profession.
