Talgat Igisinov

Since 1994, Dr Talgat Igisinov has become a shining example of the synthesis of pedagogical and higher education, as well as twenty years of successful management experience in the educational business. His rich professional path includes leadership roles in prestigious organizations such as School-Gymnasium No. 86, School No. 126, the Palace of Schoolchildren in Almaty, and the State Enterprise "Gylym Ordasy." Talgat has applied his extensive knowledge and experience at Satbayev University and Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (KazNPU).
Dr Igisinov holds a candidate of pedagogical sciences degree and a master's degree in international technology management obtained from the leading Warwick University in the United Kingdom. His professional skills include business mentoring, comprehensive quality management, and the art of successful negotiations.
As the CEO of the Palace of Schoolchildren in Almaty, he successfully led complex projects with various partners. Later, as the coordinator of the Startup Bolashak Menin Armanym project, a national competition for the development of new business projects in Almaty, he actively participated in the change management team responsible for the successful implementation of a new global corporate strategy into regional plans and goals.
He has demonstrated his professional skills and abilities by receiving a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013 for the development of a new crank-screw press. In 2019, he was awarded a grant of $250,000 from the World Bank for the development of a commercialization project, which serves as a bright recognition of his talent and dedication.
From 2017 to 2021, Dr Igisinov has been teaching IT at KazNPU, actively contributing to projects such as the development of modular vertical wind turbines with a fixed axis and the creation of physics laboratory equipment based on advanced computer vision technologies for secondary schools.
Through his experience in the Kazakhstan-German project GeKaVoc, Dr Igisinov has become a co-author and a key figure in the international KazDual project. The project focuses on improving the effectiveness of the dual education system in Kazakhstan, working on the enhancement of the regulatory framework, the development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of dual education, and the implementation of various models of dual learning. This work aims to create a flexible model of dual higher and vocational education that enables maximum collaboration between universities, colleges, and companies in Kazakhstan.
Currently, Dr Igisinov 's main sphere of activity is focused on the commercialization of innovations and the development of national businesses in the field of education and IT.
