Workshop “ Competence development: Models and dimensions of competencies. Didactics focused on students” from Austrian professors of the Pedagogical University of Tyrol under the KazDual project 
 
20.06.22. the working group of the KazDual project – "Introduction of the dual system in Kazakhstan", the Erasmus+ program actively participates in the workshop "Development of competencies: Models and measurements of competencies. Student-oriented didactics" conducted by the Austrian KazDual team: Doctors Regina Mathis, Ingrid Hotarek and Iris Kahn. The purpose of the training is to study the learning outcomes, analyze various models of competencies. The key competencies for a successful career of a specialist were considered. The participants of the first section of the workshop "Models and dimensions of competencies" got acquainted with various models of competencies and analyzed the relevance of various dimensions of competencies for teaching/learning conditions in the relevant field of work/professional sphere, determined the role of dual training in the form of
