The working group of the project is actively exploring foreign experience in training staff, including pedagogical ones. On April 3, the working group discussed the US experience in teacher training. The main speaker of the event was Professor Alexander Sidorkin, Dean of the College of Education, California State University in Sacramento (USA). It was discussed the pedagogical workload of the practice leaders. 25 trainees make up the entire workload of the practice leader, 6 attending lessons is a mandatory requirement . Teaching practice is 800 academic hours (1-3 courses).
