On May 5, 2021 the second stage of the planned training courses on the Dual System have began. The organizers were the Austrian Pedagogical University Tirol - Pädagogische Hochschule Tirol (Austria). The seminar began with a welcome message video from the Rector of the Pedagogical University Tirol - Thomas Schöpf and the Vice-rector of the University of Tirol - Dr. Irmgard Plattner . The following speakers spoke in a program of acquaintance with the university and the specifics of training under the bachelor's program: Dr. Franz Geiger, Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, partner of the Pedagogical University Tirol - Ingrid Hotarek.
The speakers noted that one of student from Kazakhstan also studying at Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences according to dual program.
The innovation and foundation for the implementing of the Dual System in Austria is the Vocational Training Act. This Law is constantly being supplemented and updated, now vocational education is working according to the law of 2015.
